Mummy decided to have a party for me outside instead of doing it at home. And she chose this lovely place - Polliwogs. As usual, mummy didn't want to tell me where we were going. I wanted a big big castle, just like Johannah. Mummy said there will be one and I'm so happy.

Mummy gave me a wonderful party in school today. It's my favourite show - Little Einstein. She gave me a bigger surprise by asking an uncle and aunty to the school.

I had so much fun; I had a beautiful cake; I received the love from everyone. I'm the luckiest child in the whole wide world!

We went to China with a big big family. My aunties, uncle, cousins and grandparents were there. I had so much fun playing with my cousins, gu-gus and guzhangs. I wish we can go for another extended family holiday again.

I didn't have any party with my friends and che-che's friends this year because my daddy has to study. See lah! My daddy didn't hard enough last time so he has to study hard like me now. I think he goes to MMI too?!
But mummy didn't disappoint me, she celebrated my birthday in school on Thursday, 17th. And because I am in half day school we have to do it after lunch.

I get to eat my lion cake. I'm so happy! I was very shy when it came to blowing out the candles, mummy caught a video of me.

Mummy made some agar agar too! I had 5 servings of agar agars, and wanted to ask for more until mummy stopped me.

Then I had to give out goody bags to my friends. I dowan to give them, I want to look for my name.

Saturday 19th

The party is in the evening, mummy promised me she'll give me a big big party next year.

Mummy had to inflate the balloons in the afternoon, she brought che-che and me out to PP. Mummy bought me a new dress and my SSC birthday present. I love my bag!!

Che-che gave me a birthday present too! She pushed me in the carpark, giving me a mark on my left knee. sob....sob....

Pinata - only 3 kids mummy say. No thrill for a pinata.

We went back home after that for a short nap.

Everyone came in the evening. I had my dinner, my boring meal. Nothing to eat for me from the buffet selection.

We ate; did some colouring; played game and then my favourite part of the party. During the party, I kept asking mummy to sing birthday song but mummy say not time yet. Everyone sang birthday songs in both English and Chinese for me. ooah...........cake cake cake cake! Can't wait so blew out candles faster.

Mummy ordered lion jelly too. Nice nice nice nice. Mummy said she'll try to do this jelly for me one day. Hmm........I wonder if the day will come.

3 days ago, mummy asked what I wanted for my cake. I told her I wanted Hello Kitty but she said "No". So what's the purpose of her asking me then?

Deep deep deep down in mummy's heart she wanted to make my next favourite animal - extinct dinosaur. But my mummy's not that clever, she don't have the patience.

So I told her, I wanted "Balloons..." She gasped "balloons?", I wonder what she meant. Was it suppose to be good or bad? Too simple or too difficult for my not so clever mummy?

I'm not sure whether mummy and daddy will give me a birthday party in 2 months' time. But I'm having a celebration in school for sure. It's the first time daddy drove (che-che and me fought) all the way from Singapore to Thailand.

There were many aunties and uncles, che-ches and kor-kors too! I was always the centre of attraction.

I grab some hair, take comb, comb awhile, throw comb, bend to take comb & lose the grip on customer's hair. Then start the whole cycle again. Mummy laughed at me

My customer complaint against me for pulling her hair. I told her professionals do it this way
After some time she asked me to stop, holding onto my tiny hands
Then again, I think I'm not cut out to be a hairstylist.

So I tried to look for other career. I thought I should be a violinist

I made mummy so happy, I finally managed to do 6 pcs puzzle all by myself. But I better act dumb too. Just the other day I managed to twist a 3-cube puzzle and mummy crazily went to buy a 4 cubed Rubiks cube, hoping to train me. She thinks I'm a genius?

You can use the wide screen as a mirror to check if you've got bits and pieces in your teeth

12th April

It's my happy and lucky day coz' it's happy (chocolate), happy (chocolate), happy (chocolate) everywhere. I think it rained chocolates in my home. I picked alot more chocolates than che-che.

I won a few craft stuffs, not before doing some forfeiting. I have to stand on one leg for 10 seconds. So easy! I supported myself holding onto the sofa. I had to kiss daddy too!

And then we both started doing our foam craft. I did the rabbit first. Happy day!

19th April - Airport

25th April : Gai-gai Day!
Daddy brought us gai gai at the new shopping mall in Tampines. We had snacks in a Japanese restaurant where che-che and myself share a small bowl of udon.

Nice nice?

Mummy brought che-che and I to a studio while we were in Shanghai. I get to wear 4 costumes and smile smile smile for the uncle.

Mummy chose a white dress for me, they added wings to make me look like an angel. A bikini, a red colour dress and the woollen casual top with matching black skirt.

The photoshoot was so fun. I want to do it again.

Unker Richard & Untee Irene

Today's a special day, mummy is (usually) up early for a weekend. I only knew later the reason why.

I sat in the car fighting with che-che and making too much noise in the car. And then next minute I know, one Unker who I think I might have seen him before and this Untee who looks so nice and probably easy to bully came into the car. I behaved well after that, first impression counts - need to give them a positive first impression of me!!

Well........ I must say I felt so at home with them that .......I showed my true colours within less than an hour. I spilled water on the table, did a flying saucer, made music with the cutleries etc ... I was very naughty. (and still mummy didn't scream at me) Hmm... that makes me wonder, if mummy's trying to show Unker and Untee a good impression of her. Heehee!

I like Unker, (refer to 20th Feb 2007 entry) and I used to be very shy, but now I'm not.

October
Been a busy time for mummy as she tried to cope between us and housework and du-shu this month.

On 6th October, I said goodbye to Aunty Zet. I thought I saw some tears in Aunty Zet's eyes...

8th October - trying to figure out how to fan myself with this.

It is during this month that I started a new school at Aunty Ros's house. It's every Tuesday and Thursday. So I was a real busy baby, having to attend school three times a week. I like Aunty Ros, she's such a nice lady. When she asked for a hug, I gave it to her readily. Every time I go back home, I ask mummy for "Aunty Ros" And that made mummy real jealous.
During the class, we get to sit down together for snacks. The aunties take turns to bring snacks for us. And I did mummy proud, especially when she saw me eating on my own. (I refuse to do so at home coz' I'm a Princess!!)

This is the month when Aunty Zet went back home. I wished Aunty Zet would come back sooner coz' I've been..... so tired when mummy had to bring me out every morning leaving me no time for some lazing around mornings.
Mummy caught me dozing on the floor a couple of times. Hahaha!

31st October - Halloween
This is so fun! Mummy promised us that she's going to bring us next year as well.
I'm a little witch this year.
I attracted alot of attention though.........

I tried to help myself to the bowl
"Ai yoh......use this bowl also can huh? I bring my big bowl next time."

They never tell me there's balloons here too! I thought it's only those eensy weency spiders
I'm much clever this time, I stand next to the aunty and give her my Pumpkin container

sigh......"resign to fate. I'm the child-labour. Maybe this household will pity me and decide to feed me there and then without mummy noticing."

Mummy was looking at the place for che-che's birthday party (not fair!) and she brought me for a playtime too.

7th November
Aunty brought a cake for Javier. His birthday is tomorrow. I didn't dare to stand close to the candle but I did sing for Javier and sat down to eat the cake. Gulping down everything without mummy's help.

8th Nov - Aunty Zet came back today. Yay.............someone to rescue me when I do not want to du-shu.

11th Nov - Another playdate for che-che's friends which I'm not involved (but just for the sake of conning everyone reading my blog) I'm in this picture. Not fair!!!
Mummy promised she'll organise playdates for my friends (who?) next time.

16th Nov - Went to Aunty Ros's house. I missed Aunty Ros so much. I played in the water with ShyAnne and che-che. So fun!

Taking the airplane to a land filled with toys and more toys. Candies too!

19th Nov - Met Aunty Ros and the other aunties again at somewhere far far away. There's waterplay, and I get to wear my "can show my butt-line" bikini again.

I had so much fun, I went home with a slight tan. Mummy, can you bring me there again??

23rd Nov - It's che-che's birthday and the house seems so quiet. We left the house. Where did we go? We went to FnR to celebrate her birthday, when I went 2 weeks ago there weren't any balloons and today I saw balloons.

We waited for che-che's friends to come and then some of us went to the playarea. I went to my favourite rocking horse and played balls. I dare not climb up the tube. I was having fun in my lil' own way.
Then we were brought upstairs. The first game, I saw the che-ches and gor-gors seated in a circle and two of them running each time, I didn't understand the game and I wasn't asked to play along. Not fair! So I ran on my own into a tree house.
The next game, Aunty played music and everyone are in pairs and they have to run around the newspaper. When the music stop, they are suppose to jump on the newspaper. The trick is that everytime the paper will be folded into half and it gets smaller. I didn't have any partner so I danced by myself and stepped on the papers. Good! Nobody to fight with me.

My 2nd Birthday Party

It's my party, it's my party!!

My friends are coming to celebrate my birthday with me. Yay! Does it mean that I get to eat smaller portions of cake again?!

I had some home-cooked first before the party starts. Not fair!!
My Godma2 was the first to arrive followed by Jurong ma-ma; ye-ye and gu-gus and gu-zhangs and kor-kors. Then the aunties/uncles and friends came. Mummy invited Jeric and Javier too. But I'm too shy to play with them.

Mummy played a video of me for everyone to watch.

Then it was cake-cutting, my favourite part in a birthday party (not that I attend alot of parties)

Mummy did 2 games for the children but I refuse to participate, so che-che helped me instead.

There was pinata too, which I didn't pick much. I was more interested in looking at mummy shaking the pinata and how the things drop out. But oh well... I am doing much better this year than last year where I mouthed everything.

I only showed more interest in the games when everyone left, and Xavier stayed back a little longer to play with us. It's so fun! Ah ha! That's what I call a party.............doing something which I'm not allowed on normal days.

Today, I'm to let go of this last butterfly. Mummy said I have to do good deed, so I obliged. In the end, I almost killed it.

The last week of August to the school holiday week was filled with some excitement. Firstly, I went for 2 outings. Secondly, we have something small and crawlie in our home (but it's no longer fun to see coz' it's hanging up on the cover)

On Wednesday, 27th August another che-che came to our house to play with me. Yay, I have another person to bully.

On Thursday, 28th, mummy brought us to the Zoo. I like the Zoo so much, I didn't even nap at all. So I was really tired after that and slept early. Not much pictures of me in the Zoo simply because I refuse to co-operate with mummy.

One more month, I'll be promoted to be 2 years-old. Now I'm 23 months and like I always say, I don't care how old I am as long as I get my cakes.

This is very special and tastes so much nicer. *Ahem....* and makes it even more special coz' I was at mama's house so everyone celebrated for me. Pro and cons lor.... I have to share my cake with so many people, and get to eat lesser myself.

Today, mummy brought me to PP to get my party stuffs.

We went to the party shop where I saw my dog. I wanted to touch the dog coz' I missed it so much. In the end, mummy bought me another dog.

For the past few days, I realised that I can take the hairband from the box. All I need to do is to get on the bed; flip the box cover open and then take the hairband/s ; leave evidence behind for people to know it's me who messed up the room.

Woah! I'm not complaining..I've got a birthday cake every month. And mummy baked this for me this time round, that makes me a very happy child.

What made me happier was that ma-ma; dua-gu; dua-kim; di-di; mummy; Aunty Zet and che-che celebrated for me. I can't wait to eat the cake that I blew out the candle when the song is finished.
The cake tastes better when it's being eaten by hand.

I look forward to every Fridays, I get to see my classmates and (if I'm lucky) mummy will bring me out. When Aunty Zet came out with us this morning, I knew that I'm going out gai-gai. And so... I put on my "best behaviour dress" and went out.

These photos are taken at ma-ma's place (downstairs) - see my so many facial expressions. We left for my class after this.
After my class, mummy spared no time and quickly rushed off. I don't know where we are going but it must be somewhere very far. No, we went to this place near to che-che's violin school. I met this pretty Aunty - Yui and Miho's mummy - and ...I wasn't at my best behaviour while mummy chatted with Aunty, no wonder Aunty Zet is out with us..... Aunty Zet later brought me to the playground.
Hmm...no photos of me and Aunty coz' I didn't want to sit down and I'm very shy.........

After that we went into a shopping mall where this caught my attention. I didn't know what I was suppose to do, I simply jumped but mummy said I was suppose to kick the ball. All the che-ches and kor-kors around me were busy; really busy.
Went to a party shop. While mummy was browsing, I played on this Bob The Builder kiddy ride.
And then mummy bought me a dog

We went to another toy shop; a toy department and to the supermarket before leaving to pick che-che up from school. What a day!

Mummy brought me to a place after my class. I've been there before, it's a supermarket with alot of Japanese food. I enjoy going to any supermarkets coz' I can touch alot of things inside.

Actually I think I what I enjoyed most was the ice-cream. I was a good girl and sat down quietly and fed myself.

My Pooh

Mummy prepared a Pooh bread for me, but it was eaten even before I sat down infront of the coffee table.

It was suppose to be for my tea-break but now it's my lunch. I shall have my udon later.

Here I am looking at what mummy is doing. I even took my stool to reach out.

Over the week, I've learnt so much things about colours and mixing colours.

It was always painting or colouring or observations to the cup of water that magically changes colour.
On Thursday it was something different. I played with Playdoh for the first time. Taught the colours (again) gimme a break mummy!

for my school. I thought daddy and mummy were being nice to bring me gai-gai. But I was so wrong.................they brought me to a place where they'll say it'll be my school. BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL!!! I want to play mummy.

But when I went in there, I saw some kor-kors doing craftwork. I went up to them to see what they're doing. I'm not shy. Mummy hasn't stepped into the school yet coz' they needed someone to bring them around. Useless! I'm so young yet I can walk around my own, why can't they?
When one Aunty brought them around, I was brought into a room with che-che and Aunty Zet. And guess what? There are many balls, slide, playhouse. I kept playing and playing, I had so much fun.

I like school mummy, can I start school tomorrow??

I'm so smart, very smart. I can identify music played by Uncle Bach and Uncle Mozart (who looks so small just like me)

I can tell mummy colours now, I can tell mummy numbers too from 1-5 but then I can count up to 12. Why 12? Coz that's where mummy usually stop counting when we're in the lift going up/down. I think mummy's very stupid for her age, don't you think so?

Homeworks

I still have one more homework which mummy didn't take photo of it. It was a picture of a snake - eeks! I coloured it half yellow and half green with mummy guiding my hand.

I like this very much, all I needed to do was to use my hand to put it down and slap it hard (that one I don't need any guidance). Then comes the exciting part, I get to draw a rainbow with mummy's help.
Ehh............. I only helped to slap the papers onto the table and then I ran off. Mummy helped to finish the rests. Heee!
